 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material          PT Informasi Teknologi Indonesia Tbk berencana melakukan
                                               pembelian kembali saham Perseroan (buyback) yang telah
                                               dikeluarkan dan tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

                                               Rencana buyback tersebut mengacu pada ketentuan
                                               Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 29/POJK.04/2023
                                               tentang Pembelian Kembali Saham yang Dikeluarkan oleh
                                               Perusahaan Terbuka, Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
                                               13/POJK.04/2023 tentang Kebijakan Dalam Menjaga Kinerja
                                               dan Stabilitas Pasar Modal pada Kondisi Pasar yang
                                               Berfluktuasi Secara Signifikan, serta Surat Otoritas Jasa
                                               Keuangan Nomor S-1002/D.04/2025 tanggal 17 September
                                               2025.

                                               Perseroan merencanakan pembelian kembali saham
                                               sebanyak-banyaknya 163.125.000 saham atau setara dengan
                                               5% dari jumlah saham yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh
                                               dalam Perseroan dengan nilai dana maksimal sebesar Rp
                                               35.000.000.000 yang berasal dari kas internal Perseroan.

                                               Pelaksanaan buyback direncanakan berlangsung dalam
                                               periode 09 Maret 2026 sampai dengan 08 Juni 2026 melalui
                                               perdagangan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan
                                               menunjuk PT Sucor Sekuritas sebagai perantara pedagang
                                               efek.

                                               Informasi lebih lengkap mengenai rencana buyback tersebut
                                               dapat dilihat dalam dokumen Keterbukaan Informasi yang
                                               disampaikan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bursa Efek
                                               Indonesia.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta       Perseroan berkeyakinan bahwa pelaksanaan buyback tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan         akan memberikan dampak negatif yang material terhadap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,       kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan, maupun
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau         kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Perusahaan Publik
                                            Perseroan memiliki kondisi keuangan dan arus kas yang
                                            memadai untuk melaksanakan buyback tanpa mengganggu
                                            kegiatan operasional Perseroan.

                                            Selain itu, setelah pelaksanaan buyback jumlah saham yang
                                            dimiliki oleh masyarakat tetap memenuhi ketentuan free float
                                            Bursa Efek Indonesia.

 Type of Material Information or Facts

 Description of Material Information or       PT Informasi Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (the Company) plans to
 Facts                                        conduct a share buyback of the Company issued and listed
                                              shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

                                              The share buyback plan refers to Financial Services Authority
                                              Regulation No. 29/POJK.04/2023 concerning Share Buyback
                                              by Public Companies, Financial Services Authority Regulation
                                              No. 13/POJK.04/2023 concerning Policies in Maintaining
                                              Capital Market Performance and Stability under Significantly
                                              Fluctuating Market Conditions, and Financial Services
                                              Authority Letter No. S-1002/D.04/2025 dated 17 September
                                              2025.

                                              The Company plans to repurchase a maximum of
                                              1.631.25.000 shares or equivalent to 5 percent of the total
                                              issued and fully paid shares of the Company with a maximum
                                              fund allocation of IDR 35.000.000.000 sourced from the
                                              Company internal cash.

                                              The buyback period is planned from 09 March 2026 until 08
                                              June 2026 through trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
                                              with PT Sucor Sekuritas as the broker.

                                              Further information regarding the buyback plan is available in
                                              the Disclosure of Information submitted to the Financial
                                              Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
