Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan III.3.2.5 Peraturan BEI No. I-N tentang Pembatalan Pencatatan (Delisting)
dan Pencatatan Kembali (Relisting), bersama ini kami sampaikan perkembangan pelaksanaan penawaran
tender sukarela oleh Protelindo atas saham-saham Perseroan (”VTO”) dan hasil sementara pelaksanaan VTO,
sebagai berikut:
In order to comply with the provisions of Rule III.3.2.5 of IDX Regulation No. I-N on Delisting and Relisting,
we hereby submit the progress of the voluntary tender offer conducted by Protelindo for the shares of the
Company (the “VTO”) and the preliminary results of the VTO, as follows:

3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta 1. Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 17 ayat (2) jo. Pasal 22 Peraturan
Material / Description on the OJK No. 54/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penawaran Tender Sukarela
information or Material Facts dan dalam rangka memberikan kesempatan kepada Pemegang
Saham Publik yang belum memutuskan untuk berpartisipasi
dalam VTO, Protelindo telah melakukan perpanjangan masa
VTO yang dimulai sejak tanggal 24 September 2026 sampai
dengan tanggal 21 Oktober 2026. Perpanjangan kedua masa VTO
tersebut telah diumumkan melalui surat kabar harian Kontan dan
Neraca, serta pada situs web Protelindo, Perseroan dan BEI pada
tanggal 22 September 2026 (“Perpanjangan Kedua Masa
VTO”).
In accordance with the provisions of Article 17 paragraph (2) jo.
Article 22 of OJK Regulation No. 54/POJK.04/2015 on Voluntary
Tender Offers, and in order to provide an opportunity for Public
Shareholders who have not yet decided whether to participate in
the VTO, Protelindo has extended the VTO period commencing
from 24 September 2026 until 21 October 2026. The second VTO
period extension has been announced in the daily newspapers
Kontan and Neraca, as well as on the websites of Protelindo, the
Company and IDX on 22 September 2026 (the “Second VTO
Period Extension”).
Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 17 POJK 54/2015, jangka waktu
keseluruhan pelaksanaan VTO dilakukan paling lama 90 hari.
Dengan demikian, Perpanjangan Kedua Masa VTO ini
merupakan periode terakhir pelaksanaan VTO Protelindo atas
saham-saham Perseroan.

Pursuant to Article 17 of POJK 54/2015, the overall period for
the implementation of the VTO shall not exceed 90 days.
Accordingly, this Second VTO Period Extension constitutes the
final period for the implementation of Protelindo’s VTO over the
shares of the Company.
2. Dengan merujuk pada Surat Perseroan No. 078/DIR-
STP/VIII/2026 tanggal 27 Agustus 2026 perihal Keterbukaan
Informasi Mengenai Perkembangan Pelaksanaan VTO periode 24
Juli – 24 Agustus 2026 (“Periode Pertama VTO”), berikut kami
sampaikan hasil sementara pelaksanaan VTO untuk Periode
Pertama VTO dan Periode 25 Agustus – 23 September 2026
(”Periode Kedua VTO”):
With the reference of the Company’s Letter No. 078/DIR-
STP/VIII/2026 dated 27 August 2026 regarding the Disclosure of
Information on the Progress of the Implementation of the VTO for
the period 24 July – 24 August 2026 (the “First VTO Period”),
we hereby submit the preliminary results of the VTO for the First
VTO Period and the period from Period 25 August – 23
September 2026 (the “Second VTO Period”):
