                                             Fasilitas.

Informasi Lain

Perseroan menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi ini sehubungan dengan pemenuhan ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan Nomor 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha. Transaksi ini
dikecualikan dari kewajiban penggunaan Penilai Independen dan Persetujuan RUPS sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal
11 huruf b.

                                               Obtaining a loan facility by PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem
 Type of Material Information or Facts         from Export Development Canada (EDC).

 Description of Material Information or        The Company has obtained a loan facility from EDC with a
 Facts                                         principal amount up to USD 60,000,000 (sixty million United
                                               States Dollars) pursuant to the Facility Agreement dated
                                               September 25, 2026 (the Facility Agreement).

                                               The key terms of the loan facility are as follows:
                                               The Borrower: PT Integrasi Jaringan Ekosistem
                                               The Lender: Export Development Canada
                                               Facility Amount: up to USD 60,000,000
                                               Availability Period: 9 Months
                                               Purpose: To finance the purchase of goods and services
                                               provided by Nokia OYJ and its subsidiaries
                                               Final Maturity Date: 3 (three) years from the date of the Facility
                                               Agreement

                                               Further provisions regarding the rights and obligations of the
                                               Company and EDC are set forth in the Facility Agreement and
                                               related financing documents.
 Impact of event, material information or      This loan facility does not result in changes to the Company's
 facts towards Issuers or Public               main business activities or operational activities.
 Company’s operational activities, legal,
 financial condition, or going concern         From a legal and business continuity perspective, the loan
                                               facility will be implemented in accordance with the provisions
                                               of the Facility Agreement and will not have a material impact
                                               on the Company's business continuity. By obtaining this loan
                                               facility, the Company will obtain additional funding sources that
                                               can be used to support business development needs and
                                               capital expenditures in accordance with the intended use of
                                               the funds.

                                               The Company will manage the use of the loan facility by taking
                                               into account the Company's financial capabilities and the
                                               provisions contained in the Facility Agreement.

Other Information

The Company hereby discloses this Information Disclosure to comply with the provisions of Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities.
This transaction is exempt from the obligation to engage an Independent Appraiser and obtain approval from the
General Meeting of Shareholders, as stipulated under Article 11 letter b.
