dengan USD 357.244 dengan kurs konversi per tanggal 15
September 2026 sebesar Rp 17.635 / USD 1).
Nilai Ekuitas Perseroan per tanggal 31 Maret 2026
berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Interim (in-house) Perseroan
per tanggal 31 Maret 2026 : USD (34.555.746) (negatif tiga
puluh empat juta lima ratus lima puluh lima ribu tujuh ratus
empat puluh enam Dolar Amerika Serikat).
Nilai Aset Perseroan per tanggal 31 Maret 2026 berdasarkan
Laporan Keuangan Interim (in-house) Perseroan per tanggal
31 Maret 2026 : USD 7.160.045 (tujuh juta seratus enam puluh
ribu empat puluh lima Dolar Amerika Serikat).
Nilai Transaksi terhadap Aset Perseroan per tanggal 31 Maret
2026 : 4,99%.
Transaksi tersebut secara stand-alone tidak dikategorikan
sebagai Transaksi Material sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK

follows:
a) Motor Vessel (Tug Boat) named Karya Abadi 6 with a
sale price of Rp 6,300,000,000;
Transaction Value : Rp 6,300,000,000
(equivalent into USD 357,244 with the convertion rate as of
September 15th, 2026 amounted to Rp 17,635 / USD 1).
The Company's Equity Value as of March 31st, 2026 based on
the Company's Interim (in-house) Financial Report as of March
31st, 2026 : USD (34,555,746) (negative thirty-four millions
five hundreds fifty five thousands seven hundred and forty six
United State of America Dollar).
The Company's Assets Value as of March 31st, 2026 based
on the Company's Interim (in-house) Financial Report as of
