Facts Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated
Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions (POJK No.
42/2020), we, PT Trimitra Prawara Goldland Tbk (the
Company), hereby intend to disclose information to the
shareholders.
The Company and PT Dana Berguna Sejahtera have an
affiliation arising from a common member of the Board of
Directors, whereby Mr. Budi Aditya Erna Mulyanto serves as a
member of the Board of Directors of the Company and
concurrently as a member of the Board of Directors of PT
DBS. Accordingly, an affiliated relationship exists between the
two companies as referred to in Article 1 point 1 of POJK No.
42/2020.
