Hukum terkait Penggabungan, bersama ini
kami sampaikan bahwa penggabungan dari
PT Oto Multiartha (Perusahaan yang
menggabungkan diri) dengan PT Summit Oto
Finance (Perusahaan penerima
penggabungan) telah menjadi efektif pada
tanggal 01 Oktober 2026.
With regard to the Notification of Changes to
the Company Data of PT Summit Oto Finance
from the Ministry of Law concerning the
merger, we hereby inform you that the merger
of PT Oto Multiartha (the merging company)
into PT Summit Oto Finance (the surviving
company) became effective on October 01
2026.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi, atau fakta : Sebagai akibat dari penggabungan, maka
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sejak Tanggal Efektif Penggabungan:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, a. seluruh asset, liabilitas, dan ekuitas
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dari Perseroan beralih karena hukum
Perusahaan Publik/ kepada PT Summit Oto Finance; dan
