yang menggabungkan diri) dengan PT Summit Oto Finance
(Perusahaan penerima penggabungan) telah menjadi efektif
pada tanggal 01 Oktober 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sebagai akibat dari penggabungan, maka sejak Tanggal
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Efektif Penggabungan:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, a. Seluruh asset, liabilitas, dan ekuitas dari Perseroan beralih
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau karena hukum kepada PT Summit Oto Finance; dan
Perusahaan Publik b. Status badan hukum Perseroan akan berakhir sesuai
dengan ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku.

Company’s operational activities, legal, a. All assets, liabilities, and equity of The Company shall be
financial condition, or going concern transferred by operation of law to the Company; and
b. The legal entity status of The Company shall terminate in
accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and
regulations.
