a. Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau
Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik;
b. Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik; dan
c. Keputusan Direksi PT PP Properti Tbk Nomor 033/SK/PPRO/DIR/2026 tanggal 5 Oktober 2026 tentang
Penunjukan Pelaksana Tugas Sementara Sekretaris Perusahaan (“Keputusan Direksi”).
Dalam rangka memenuhi keterbukaan informasi, dengan ini kami sampaikan Laporan Informasi atau
Fakta Material tentang Kekosongan Sekretaris Perusahaan/Corporate Secretary Perseroan sebagai
berikut:
1. Tanggal Kejadian : 5 Oktober 2026

2. Jenis Informasi atau Fakta : Kekosongan Sekretaris Perusahaan dan Penunjukan
Material Pelaksana Tugas Sementara Sekretaris Perusahaan.
Type of Material Information : Vacancy in the Corporate Secretary Position and
or Facts Appointment of an Interim Corporate Secretary.
3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta : Sehubungan dengan adanya penugasan baru kepada Dyah
Material Novian Tri Hadini, terjadi kekosongan pada jabatan Sekretaris
Perusahaan. Untuk memastikan kesinambungan
pelaksanaan fungsi Sekretaris Perusahaan selama masa
kekosongan tersebut, Perseroan telah menunjuk Ikhwan
Putra Pradhana selaku Direktur Perseroan sebagai Pelaksana
Tugas Sementara Sekretaris Perusahaan berdasarkan
Keputusan Direksi Perseroan.

Perseroan akan menunjuk Sekretaris Perusahaan yang baru
paling lambat 60 (enam puluh) hari sejak terjadinya
kekosongan, sesuai dengan Pasal 4 ayat (1) POJK Nomor
35/POJK.04/2014.
Description of Material : Due to Dyah Novian Tri Hadini’s new assignment, the position
Information or Facts of Corporate Secretary is currently vacant. To ensure the
continuity of the Corporate Secretary’s duties during this
vacancy, the Company has appointed Ikhwan Putra
Pradhana, a Director of the Company, as Acting Corporate
Secretary pursuant to a resolution of the Company’s Board of
Directors.
The Company will appoint a new Corporate Secretary no later
than 60 (sixty) days from the date the vacancy arose, in
accordance with Article 4 paragraph (1) of Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014.
4. Dampak Kejadian : Tidak ada.
Impact of Event : None.
