Answer: - The Company is not aware of any information regarding activities conducted by certain shareholders as stipulated under Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 4 of 2024 concerning Reports on Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies and Reports on Pledging Activities of Public Company Shares.

Jawaban: Bahwa dalam 3 (tiga) bulan mendatang Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa. Apabila akan ada tindakan korporasi, Perseroan akan menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi kepada publik sesuai dengan peraturan dan persyaratan yang berlaku di bidang pasar modal. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik.
