Jakarta, March 5, 2026 – PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (Cinema XXI; Stock Code: CNMA), Indonesia’s
largest cinema chain, reported revenues of IDR 5.9 trillion in 2025, a 2.6% increase from IDR 5.7 trillion in
2024. Net profit after tax reached IDR 776.2 billion, and EBITDA was IDR 1.8 trillion.

"Amidst economic and industry dynamics, Cinema XXI maintains its business performance and continues
to provide the best movie-screening experience for moviegoers across Indonesia. The trust and
collaboration of all stakeholders remain our key strengths," said Suryo Suherman, President Director of
Cinema XXI.

Suryo reported that 2025 performance was driven by movie ticket sales of IDR 3.6 trillion, food and
beverage revenue of IDR 2 trillion, and IDR 298 billion from advertising, digital platforms, and events.
Cinema XXI recorded 85 million admissions in 2025, with the Average Ticket Price rising 3.0% to IDR
46,057, due to increased occupancy in premium screens such as The Premiere and IMAX®.

Cinema XXI continues to refine its food and beverage (F&B) segment as part of its strategy to enhance the
customer experience. In 2025, the team introduced over 30 new menus at XXI Café and The Premiere Café
to align with market trends. Furthermore, we have implemented ticket and F&B bundling strategies within
the m.tix application as part of our sales optimization strategy, aimed at increasing the average
transaction value per customer. As a result, in 2025 the average F&B spend per head rose 5.9% to
IDR25,814, reflecting the product’s growing appeal and its stronger contribution to the Company’s overall
performance.

In 2025, Cinema XXI expanded by opening 12 new cinema locations and adding 43 screens. The company
entered new markets, including Indramayu, Pematangsiantar, Magelang, Tuban, and Kota Metro
(Lampung). As of December 31, 2025, Cinema XXI operates 1,388 screens in 267 cinemas across 56 cities
and 30 regencies in Indonesia.

He stated, “Our 2025 network expansion is part of a long-term strategy to increase access to high-quality
entertainment across Indonesia. We will continue to add new screens selectively while prioritizing service
quality.”

Suryo stated that the Company remains optimistic about the entertainment industry, especially national
movies, as content quality and variety continue to improve. In 2025, more than 20 national and
international films each drew more than 1 million viewers. Notably, two national titles, Jumbo and Agak
Laen: Menyala Pantiku!, each surpassed 10 million viewers, setting two new records.

“Given the audience enthusiasm and improving content quality, we are confident in the continued growth
of the national movie industry. Cinema XXI is committed to supporting this progress through strategic
expansion, enhancing the movie-going experience, and fostering strong collaboration to build a more
competitive and sustainable future for Indonesian film,” Suryo concluded.
