dengan perubahan Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan hasil RUPO Obligasi Berkelanjutan III PTPP Tahap III Tahun 2023
tanggal 03 Februari 2026 ,berikut kami informasikan perubahaan sebagai berikut

1. Menyetujui waiver sinking fund untuk pokok Obligasi dan perubahan Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan yaitu
menghapuskan Pasal 6 ayat 3 huruf q.
2. Menyetujui perpanjangan tenor selama 1 tahun dengan kupon tetap berlaku mulai dari 11 April 2026 hingga 11 April
2027 dengan tingkat bunga tetap 8,8% (delapan koma delapan) persen per tahun.
3. Menyetujui waiver financial covenant dan perubahan financial covenant sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 6 ayat 3
huruf l Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan sehingga selanjutnya berbunyi: "memenuhi kewajiban keuangan dengan menjaga
ekuitas tetap positif pada setiap laporan keuangan konsolidasi tahunan".
4. Menyetujui memberikan kuasa kepada Wali Amanat untuk menandatangani perubahan Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan
untuk menindaklanjuti keputusan angka 1, 2 dan 3 di atas.
5. Menyetujui membebaskan Wali Amanat dari segala tuntutan yang akan terjadi di kemudian hari.

Subject Trustee Agreement
The Board of Directors PP (Persero) Tbk hereby notify securities holders on changes of
Trustee Agreement as a results of RUPO Obligasi Berkelanjutan III PTPP Tahap III Tahun 2023
held on null ,The changes are as follows :

1. To approve the waiver of the sinking fund for the principal of the Bonds and the amendment to the Trustee
Agreement, namely the deletion of Article 6 paragraph (3) letter q.
2. To approve the extension of the tenor for 1 (one) year with the coupon remaining applicable from 11 April 2026
until 11 April 2027 at a fixed interest rate of 8.8% (eight point eight percent) per annum.
3. To approve the waiver of the financial covenant and the amendment to the financial covenant as stipulated in
Article 6 paragraph (3) letter l of the Trustee Agreement so that it shall henceforth read as follows: to fulfill financial
obligations by maintaining positive equity in each annual consolidated financial statement.
4. To approve granting authority to the Trustee to sign the amendment to the Trustee Agreement in order to
implement the resolutions referred to in points 1, 2, and 3 above.
5. To approve releasing and discharging the Trustee from any claims that may arise in the future.
