Bino Digital Solusi yang telah menyetujui penjualan hak-hak
atas saham milik PT Perma Plasindo Tbk sebanyak 5.500.000
(lima juta lima ratus ribu) lembar saham atau sejumlah Rp
550.000.000,- dalam Perseroan masing-masing kepada ;
1. Tuan Kristanto Widjaja sebanyak 3.800.000 (tiga juta
delapan ratus ribu) lembar saham
2. PT Asta Nusantara Digital sebanyak 1.150.000 (satu
juta seratus lima puluh ribu) lembar saham
3. PT SSCX Teknovasi Prima sebanyak 550.000 (lima
ratus lima puluh ribu) lembar saham
Pelepasan saham tersebut dilakukan karena manajemen
merubah fokus strategi dimana untuk pertumbuhan perseroan
akan dikembangkan dengan cara diversifikasi produk dan
menjadi solusi yang lengkap untuk industri stationery serta
industri yang berkaitan.

Facts Bino Digital Solusi approving the sale of the rights to shares
owned by PT Perma Plasindo Tbk amounting to 5.500.000
