milik PT Perma Plasindo Tbk sebanyak 5.500.000 (lima juta lima
ratus ribu) lembar saham atau sejumlah Rp 550.000.000,- dalam
Perseroan masing-masing kepada ;

1. Tuan Kristanto Widjaja sebanyak 3.800.000 (tiga juta
delapan ratus ribu) lembar saham
2. PT Asta Nusantara Digital sebanyak 1.150.000 (satu juta
seratus lima puluh ribu) lembar saham
3. PT SSCX Teknovasi Prima sebanyak 550.000 (lima ratus
lima puluh ribu) lembar saham
Pelepasan saham tersebut dilakukan karena manajemen merubah
fokus strategi dimana untuk pertumbuhan perseroan akan
dikembangkan dengan cara diversifikasi produk dan menjadi solusi
yang lengkap untuk industri stationery serta industri yang berkaitan.
In connection with the Resolution of the Shareholders of PT Bino
Digital Solusi approving the sale of the rights to shares owned by
PT Perma Plasindo Tbk amounting to 5,500,000 (five million five
hundred thousand) shares, or a total value of IDR 550,000,000, in
the Company to the following parties:
1. Mr. Kristanto Widjaja: 3,800,000 (three million eight
hundred thousand) shares
2. PT Asta Nusantara Digital: 1,150,000 (one million one
hundred fifty thousand) shares
3. PT SSCX Teknovasi Prima: 550,000 (five hundred fifty
thousand) shares
The divestment of these shares was carried out as management has
shifted its strategic focus, whereby the Company’s growth will be
pursued through product diversification and by becoming a
comprehensive solution provider for the stationery industry and
related industries.
