tentang Piutang yang Nyata-nyata Tidak Dapat Ditagih yang Dapat
Dikurangkan dari Penghasilan Bruto, dengan ini:
PT BATARA INDAH, berkedudukan di Kabupaten Bogor, didirikan
berdasarkan hukum Negara Republik Indonesia, NPWP
01.119.350.5-431.000, beralamat di Jl. Olympic Raya Blok A 8/9,
Kawasan Industri Sentul, Leuwinutug, Citeureup, Kab. Bogor,
mengumumkan penghapusan piutang kepada PT BATARA INDAH
MULIA, NPWP 02.357.803.2-215.000, Tahun Buku 2025 sebesar
Rp 1.532.546.375,- yang telah dibebankan sebagai kerugian dalam
laporan keuangan komersial.
In order to comply with the provisions of Article 1 point 3a of
Minister of Finance Regulation Number 57/PMK.03/2010
concerning Amendments to Minister of Finance Regulation
Number 105/PMK.03/2009 regarding Accounts Receivable that
are Clearly Uncollectible and Deductible from Gross Income, in
conjunction with Minister of Finance Regulation Number
207/PMK.010/2015 concerning the Second Amendment to Minister
of Finance Regulation Number 105/PMK.03/2009 regarding
Accounts Receivable that are Clearly Uncollectible and Deductible
from Gross Income, hereby:
PT Batara Indah, domiciled in Bogor Regency, established under
the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, holder of Taxpayer
Identification Number (NPWP) 01.119.350.5-431.000, having its
address at Jl. Olympic Raya Blok A 8/9, Sentul Industrial Estate,
Leuwinutug, Citeureup, Bogor Regency, hereby announces the
write-off of receivables from PT Batara Indah Mulia, NPWP
02.357.803.2-215.000, for Fiscal Year 2025 in the amount of Rp
1,532,546,375, which has been recognized as a loss in the
commercial financial statements.
