Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 27 Februari 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa),
perusahaan jasa energi terintegrasi di bawah Subholding
Upstream Pertamina, memulai langkah baru penguatan
kapabilitas Wireline Services melalui program Technology
Access Enablement and Delivery to Elnusa. Inisiatif ini sejalan
dengan tema transformasi perusahaan tahun 2026,
"Rediscover Technology & Innovation Edge", yang
menempatkan teknologi sebagai fondasi pengembangan
layanan. Melalui kemitraan ini, Elnusa mendapatkan akses
terhadap advance wireline open hole dan cased hole logging
tools.
Direktur Operasi Elnusa, Andri Haribowo, menjelaskan bahwa
program ini merupakan bagian dari strategi berkelanjutan
perusahaan untuk memperluas cakupan layanan Wireline
Services. "Kolaborasi ini tidak hanya membuka akses
terhadap teknologi open hole tools, tetapi juga memperkuat
kompetensi dan kapasitas internal Elnusa melalui pendekatan
capacity building yang terstruktur. Jika sebelumnya layanan
lebih berfokus pada cased hole logging, kini Elnusa
memperluas kapabilitas ke advance open hole logging,
sehingga portofolio layanan menjadi semakin komprehensif
dan bernilai tambah bagi pelanggan," ungkapnya.
Inisiatif ini menandai dimulainya skema kerja sama baru dalam
menyediakan jasa wireline logging, yang dirancang untuk
semakin memperluas kompetensi Wireline Services melalui
pendekatan capacity building. Melalui skema bertahap, Elnusa
mengukuhkan langkah untuk memperdalam penguasaan
teknologi advance tools secara lebih mandiri dan
berkesinambungan.
Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh jajaran manajemen Elnusa, SLB,
serta perwakilan Pertamina Group, termasuk Pertamina
Regional 1 dan Regional 2, serta Subholding Upstream
Pertamina dari Divisi Upstream Innovation (UI), Subsurface
Development & Resources Evaluation (SDRE), dan
Exploration Technology (ETEC). Rangkaian kegiatan diawali
dengan sesi berbagi wawasan mengenai teknologi
pengelolaan Migas Non Konvensional (MNK) dan Multi-Stage
Fracturing (MSF), dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan perjalanan
kolaborasi Elnusa dan SLB yang telah terjalin sejak 1985,
sebelum akhirnya ditandai dengan prosesi penandatanganan.
Kehadiran para pemangku kepentingan tersebut
mencerminkan sinergi dan dukungan terhadap penguatan
kapabilitas nasional di bidang jasa wireline.
Andri menambahkan bahwa program ini disusun dalam
beberapa tahap untuk memastikan proses alih teknologi
berlangsung efektif, risiko operasional dapat dikelola secara
terukur, serta kesinambungan kolaborasi tetap terjaga.
Tahapan ini juga memberikan ruang untuk penguatan
prosedur kerja dan pengembangan talenta internal Elnusa
yang pada akhirnya mendukung efisiensi proyek serta
memperkuat daya saing perusahaan melalui penerapan
operational excellence dan penciptaan nilai berkelanjutan.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Armando Ballesteros, Direktur
PT Schlumberger Geophysics Nusantara, turut menyampaikan
komitmen perusahaan dalam mendukung proses alih teknologi
dan peningkatan kompetensi sebagai bagian dari kolaborasi
jangka panjang bersama Elnusa.

Rangkaian kegiatan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi
silaturahmi dalam suasana Safari Ramadan serta buka puasa
bersama antara Elnusa, SLB, Pertamina Group, dan seluruh
pemangku kepentingan. Momentum tersebut menjadi ruang
untuk mempererat hubungan kemitraan, memperkuat
komunikasi lintas entitas, serta meneguhkan komitmen
kolaborasi jangka panjang dalam mendukung ketahanan
energi nasional.
Dengan dimulainya fase awal ini, Elnusa semakin
mempertegas perannya sebagai penyedia layanan hulu migas
yang andal dan berbasis teknologi, sekaligus berkontribusi
dalam memperkuat ketahanan energi nasional melalui
penciptaan nilai berkelanjutan bagi Pertamina Group dan
industri energi Indonesia.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 27 February 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), an
Facts integrated energy services company under Pertamina's
Upstream Subholding, has embarked on a new initiative to
enhance its Wireline Services capabilities through the
Technology Access Enablement and Delivery to Elnusa
program. This initiative aligns with the Company's 2026
transformation theme, "Rediscover Technology & Innovation
Edge," which positions technology as the foundation of service
development. Through this partnership, Elnusa gains access
to advanced wireline open hole and cased hole logging tools.
Elnusa's Director of Operations, Andri Haribowo, explained
that the program forms part of the Company's ongoing strategy
to expand the scope of its Wireline Services. "This
collaboration not only provides access to advanced open hole
tools, but also strengthens Elnusa's internal competencies and
capabilities through a structured capacity-building approach.
While our services previously focused primarily on cased hole
logging, Elnusa is now expanding into advanced open hole
logging, making our service portfolio more comprehensive and
delivering greater added value to customers," he stated.
This initiative marks the commencement of a new cooperation
scheme in delivering wireline logging services, designed to
further broaden Wireline Services competencies through a
phased capacity-building approach. Through this structured
scheme, Elnusa reinforces its commitment to deepening its
mastery of advanced technologies in a more independent and
sustainable manner.
The event was attended by the management of Elnusa, SLB,
and representatives of Pertamina Group, including Pertamina
Regional 1 and Regional 2, as well as Pertamina's Upstream
Subholding from the Upstream Innovation (UI), Subsurface
Development & Resources Evaluation (SDRE), and
Exploration Technology (ETEC) divisions. The program began
with an insight-sharing session on unconventional oil and gas
(MNK) management technologies and Multi-Stage Fracturing
(MSF), followed by a presentation highlighting the long-
standing collaboration between Elnusa and SLB, which dates
back to 1985, before concluding with a signing ceremony. The
presence of these stakeholders reflects strong synergy and
support for strengthening national capabilities in wireline
services.
Andri further added that the program has been designed in
several phases to ensure effective technology transfer,
measurable operational risk management, and sustained
collaboration. These phases also provide opportunities to
enhance work procedures and develop Elnusa's internal talent,
ultimately supporting project efficiency and strengthening the
Company's competitiveness through the implementation of
operational excellence and sustainable value creation.
On the same occasion, Armando Ballesteros, Director of PT
Schlumberger Geophysics Nusantara, expressed the
Company's commitment to supporting the technology transfer
process and competency enhancement as part of its long-term
collaboration with Elnusa.
The series of activities concluded with a gathering session in
the spirit of Ramadan Safari and a joint iftar between Elnusa,
SLB, Pertamina Group, and all stakeholders. The occasion

served to strengthen partnership ties, enhance cross-entity
communication, and reaffirm long-term collaboration in
supporting national energy resilience.
With the commencement of this initial phase, Elnusa further
reinforces its role as a reliable, technology-driven upstream oil
and gas service provider, while contributing to national energy
resilience through sustainable value creation for Pertamina
Group and Indonesia's energy industry.
