            Elnusa Strengthens Wireline Services Capabilities through
                     Technology Access Enablement with SLB
Jakarta, 27 February 2026 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), an integrated energy services company under Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding, has embarked on a
new initiative to enhance its Wireline Services capabilities through the Technology Access Enablement and Delivery to Elnusa program. This initiative aligns
with the Company’s 2026 transformation theme, “Rediscover Technology & Innovation Edge,” which positions technology as the foundation of service
development. Through this partnership, Elnusa gains access to advanced wireline open hole and cased hole logging tools.

Elnusa’s Director of Operations, Andri Haribowo, explained that the program forms part of the Company’s ongoing strategy to expand the scope of its
Wireline Services. “This collaboration not only provides access to advanced open hole tools, but also strengthens Elnusa’s internal competencies and
capabilities through a structured capacity-building approach. While our services previously focused primarily on cased hole logging, Elnusa is now expanding
into advanced open hole logging, making our service portfolio more comprehensive and delivering greater added value to customers,” he stated.

This initiative marks the commencement of a new cooperation scheme in delivering wireline logging services, designed to further broaden Wireline Services
competencies through a phased capacity-building approach. Through this structured scheme, Elnusa reinforces its commitment to deepening its mastery of
advanced technologies in a more independent and sustainable manner.

The event was attended by the management of Elnusa, SLB, and representatives of Pertamina Group, including Pertamina Regional 1 and Regional 2, as well
as Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding from the Upstream Innovation (UI), Subsurface Development & Resources Evaluation (SDRE), and Exploration
Technology (ETEC) divisions. The program began with an insight-sharing session on unconventional oil and gas (MNK) management technologies and Multi-
Stage Fracturing (MSF), followed by a presentation highlighting the long-standing collaboration between Elnusa and SLB, which dates back to 1985, before
concluding with a signing ceremony. The presence of these stakeholders reflects strong synergy and support for strengthening national capabilities in
wireline services.

Andri further added that the program has been designed in several phases to ensure effective technology transfer, measurable operational risk management,
and sustained collaboration. These phases also provide opportunities to enhance work procedures and develop Elnusa’s internal talent, ultimately
supporting project efficiency and strengthening the Company’s competitiveness through the implementation of operational excellence and sustainable
value creation.

On the same occasion, Armando Ballesteros, Director of PT Schlumberger Geophysics Nusantara, expressed the Company’s commitment to supporting the
technology transfer process and competency enhancement as part of its long-term collaboration with Elnusa.

The series of activities concluded with a gathering session in the spirit of Ramadan Safari and a joint iftar between Elnusa, SLB, Pertamina Group, and all
stakeholders. The occasion served to strengthen partnership ties, enhance cross-entity communication, and reaffirm long-term collaboration in supporting
national energy resilience.

With the commencement of this initial phase, Elnusa further reinforces its role as a reliable, technology-driven upstream oil and gas service provider, while
contributing to national energy resilience through sustainable value creation for Pertamina Group and Indonesia’s energy industry.
