Indogas Kriya Dwiguna
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menandatangani Nota Kesepahaman dengan
PT Indogas Kriya Dwiguna, yaitu entitas yang memiliki
kesepakatan kerja sama dengan PT Kangean Energy
Indonesia Ltd., yang merupakan entitas anak usaha dari PT
Energi Mega Persada Tbk.
MoU tersebut merupakan kesepahaman awal dalam rangka
kerja sama penyaluran gas bumi dari IKD kepada Perseroan
melalui entitas anak tidak langsung Perseroan, yaitu PT Para
Amartha LNG, guna mendukung kegiatan pengolahan gas
alam cair melalui fasilitas Mini LNG Plant.
MoU berlaku selama 1 (satu) tahun sejak tanggal
penandatanganan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penandatanganan MoU ini belum memberikan dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan langsung terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan, namun
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, diharapkan dapat memberikan potensi dampak positif
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau terhadap kegiatan operasional dan pengembangan portofolio
Perusahaan Publik bisnis energi Perseroan di masa mendatang, khususnya
dalam pengembangan bisnis LNG.

The Company Signs Gas Sales and Purchase MoU with PT
Type of Material Information or Facts Indogas Kriya Dwiguna
Description of Material Information or The Company has entered into a Memorandum of
Facts Understanding with PT Indogas Kriya Dwiguna, an entity that
has a cooperation agreement with PT Kangean Energy
Indonesia Ltd., a subsidiary of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk.
The MoU constitutes an initial understanding for cooperation in
the supply of natural gas from IKD to the Company through its
indirect subsidiary, PT Para Amartha LNG, to support liquefied
natural gas processing through the Mini LNG Plant facility.
The MoU shall be effective for a period of one (1) year from
the date of signing.
Impact of event, material information or The signing of this MOU does not have an immediate impact
facts towards Issuers or Public on the Company financial condition, but is expected to
Company’s operational activities, legal, potentially contribute positively to the Company future
financial condition, or going concern operations and the development of its energy business
portfolio, particularly in the LNG segment.
