Penjelasan Perseroan: Pada tanggal 20 Januari 2026, Perseroan menerima pemberitahuan dari AGPA PTE. LTD. (“AGPA”) yang menyatakan bahwa Agpa sebagai Pengendali Baru akan melakukan Penawaran Tender Wajib dengan Periode Penawaran Tender Wajib dari tanggal 21 Januari 2026 sampai dengan 19 Februari 2026 (“Penawaran Tender Wajib”). Company's Explanation: On 20 January 2026, the Company received a notification from AGPA PTE.LTD. (“AGPA”) who stated that as the new Controlling Shareholder, Agpa will conduct Mandatory Tender Offer within the Period of Mandatory Tender Offer from 21 January 2026 to 19 February (“Mandatory Tender Offer”). In relation to this matter, the Company has submitted to the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or OJK), the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and the public through the Company's Information or Material Fact Report No. 150/PAR/I/26/RO/GC dated 20 January 2026 (“Information or Material Fact Report 20 January 2026”).
