Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah memperoleh informasi bahwa Bapak Budiono
Tanbun selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan saat ini sedang
menjalani proses hukum oleh aparat penegak hukum. Dapat
disampaikan bahwa proses hukum tersebut bersifat pribadi
dan tidak berkaitan dengan kegiatan usaha, operasional,
keuangan, maupun tata kelola Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kegiatan operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan normal
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sebagaimana mestinya dan tidak terdapat gangguan terhadap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, aktivitas produksi, penjualan, distribusi, maupun kewajiban
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan kepada mitra usaha, kreditur, karyawan, dan
Perusahaan Publik pemangku kepentingan lainnya.
Untuk memastikan keberlangsungan pengelolaan Perseroan
serta penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, Dewan
Komisaris telah mengambil langkah untuk melakukan
pemberhentian sementara Direktur Utama Perseroan sesuai
dengan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku, termasuk penunjukan Pelaksana
Tugas Direktur Utama sampai dengan adanya keputusan lebih
lanjut dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham.
Perseroan menghormati proses hukum yang sedang berjalan
serta menjunjung tinggi asas praduga tidak bersalah dan
berkomitmen untuk terus menerapkan prinsip keterbukaan,
akuntabilitas, dan kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan di bidang pasar modal.

Type of Material Information or Facts undertaken by the Company's President Director
Description of Material Information or The Company has received information that Mr. Budiono
Facts Tanbun, the Company's President Director, is currently
undergoing legal proceeding by law enforcement authority. It
should be noted that such ongoing legal proceeding is only
related to his private business and have no relation to the
Company's business, operational, financial, or corporate
governance activities.
Impact of event, material information or The Company's operational activities shall continue as usual
facts towards Issuers or Public and there is no disruption to production, sales, and distribution
Company’s operational activities, legal, activities, or the Company's obligations to business partners,
financial condition, or going concern creditors, employees, and other stakeholders.
To ensure the continuity of the Company's management and
the implementation of good corporate governance, the Board
of Commissioners to temporarily dismiss the Company's
President Director in accordance with the Company's Articles
of Association and applicable laws and regulations, including
the appointment of an Acting President Director until further
decisions are made at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
The Company respects the ongoing legal proceeding and
upholds the presumption of innocence principle and committed
to continuously implementing the principles of transparency,
accountability, and compliance with capital market laws and
regulations.
