Uraian informasi atau fakta material / Description of material information orfact Perseroan telah memperoleh informasi bahwa Bapak Budiono Tanbun selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan saat ini sedang menjalani proses hukum oleh aparat penegak hukum. Dapat disampaikan bahwa proses hukum tersebut bersifat pribadi dan tidak berkaitan dengan kegiatan usaha, operasional, keuangan, maupun tata kelola Perseroan/ The Company has received information that Mr. Budiono Tanbun, the Company's President Director, is currently undergoing legal proceeding by law enforcement authority. It should be noted that such ongoing legal proceeding is only related to his private business and have no relation to the Company's business, operational, financial, or corporate governance activities.
