Referring to Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 27/POJK.04/2020
concerning Bonus Shares, PT Bank Mega Tbk (the Company) has announced an Information
Disclosure regarding the plan to issue and distribute Bonus Shares derived from the
Capitalization of Additional Paid-in Capital (Share Premium) as of December 31, 2025.

The plan to issue and distribute the Bonus Shares will be proposed for approval at the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 31, 2026. In this regard, we hereby
