Pengikatan Jual Beli Hak Atas Bangunan, dimana
Perseroan bermaksud untuk membeli bangunan yang
berupa gedung bertingkat yang didirikan di atas tanah
bersama yang di dalamnya terdapat rumah susun seluas
16.138,06 m?, yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Dukuh
Menanggal, Kecamatan Gayungan, dengan alas hak
Sertifikat Hak Milik atas Satuan Rumah Susun
(“SHMSRS”) sebagai berikut:

On 18 February 2026, the Company and PT Citra Cito
Perkasa ("CCP”) entered into a Conditional Sale and
Purchase Agreement of Building Rights, pursuant to
which the Company intends to purchase a building in the
form of a multi-storey structure erected on jointly owned
land, comprising strata title units (rumah susun) with a
total area of 16,138.06 m?, located in Dukuh Menanggal
Sub-district, Gayungan District, under the following land
title in the form of Ownership of Strata Title Units
