MPPA Records Sales Growth and Margin Improvement in FY 2025
Tangerang, February 17, 2026 – PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (“Company”/“MPPA”) today announced its
full-year 2025 performance results. Throughout FY 2025, MPPA delivered resilient topline growth and
improved gross margin, reflecting continued progress in its turnaround journey and strengthening
business fundamentals. The positive momentum from MPPA’s rebranding initiative launched on August
28, 2025 further reinforced customer engagement and brand relevance, laying a stronger foundation for
the Company’s next phase of growth.

Performance Overview
In FY 2025, MPPA’s Net Sales increased by 1.9% to IDR 7,253 billion, supported by stable customer demand
and consistent execution of the Company’s strategic initiatives throughout the year. Gross Profit rose by
2.8% to IDR 1,267 billion, driven by improved sales mix and better relevance to customer demand.
Profit from Operation remained positive at IDR 26 billion, albeit lower than FY 2024, as the Company
continued to invest in operational initiatives to enhance long-term competitiveness. These included
investments to innovate new retail formats and refresh product offers to stay aligned with evolving
customer needs. Net Loss for the period was recorded at IDR 152 billion, primarily impacted by non-
operational expenses, while the Company’s core retail operating performance remained resilient.
Adrian Suherman, CEO of MPPA, stated, “FY 2025 reflects our continued progress in strengthening
MPPA’s fundamentals. We delivered modest sales growth and expanded margin improvement through
disciplined cost management and improved merchandising. We continue to invest in initiatives that
