Description of Material Information or With reference to:
Facts (i) Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Capital Increase of Public
Companies by Granting Preemptive Rights, as amended by
Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019;
(ii) Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. Kep-00101/BEl/12-2021 concerning
Amendments to Regulation Number I-A concerning the Listing
of Shares and Equity Securities Other than Shares Issued by
Listed Companies; and
(iii) Circular Letter of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. SE-00002/BEl/03-2020 regarding the
Procedures for Implementing the Share Ownership Program
dated March 2, 2020;
