                                           Pelunasan Obligasi IV SANF Tahap II Tahun 2023 Seri B
                                           dengan informasi sebagai berikut:

                                           1. Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV SANF Dengan Tingkat Bunga
                                           Tetap Tahap II Tahun 2023 Seri B akan jatuh tempo pada
                                           tanggal 16 Maret 2026;

                                           2. Perseroan akan menyediakan dana pelunasan pokok untuk
                                           Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV SANF Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap
                                           Tahap II Tahun 2023 Seri B sebesar Rp. 900.000.000.000,-
                                           (sembilan ratus miliar Rupiah).

                                           3. Perseroan akan mendapatkan dana untuk pelunasan
                                           Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV SANF Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap
                                           Tahap II Tahun 2023 Seri B dari penerimaan pembayaran
                                           angsuran pembiayaan yang diberikan Perseroan kepada
                                           pelanggan yang terakumulasi setiap periodenya.

                                              In order to comply with the provisions in the Decree of the
                                              Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
                                              No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 concerning Amendments to
                                              Regulation Number I-E concerning Information Disclosure
                                              Obligations and Financial Services Authority Regulation
                                              Number 45 Year 2024 concerning The Development and
                                              Strengthening of Issuers and Publicly-Traded Companies,
                                              herewith, PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance (the Company)
                                              submitted a Report of Fund Availability for Repayment of
                                              SANF Shelf Registration Bond IV Phase II Year 2023 Series B
                                              with the following information:

                                              1. SANF Shelf Registration Bond IV Phase II Year 2023 Series
                                              B will mature on 16 March 2026;

                                              2. The Company will provide funds for the repayment of the
                                              principal of SANF Shelf Registration Bond IV Phase II Year
                                              2023 Series B amounting IDR. 900,000,000,000,- (nine
                                              hundred billion Rupiah).

                                              3. The Company will obtain funds for the repayment of SANF
                                              Shelf Registration Bond IV Phase II Year 2023 Series B from
                                              receiving financing installment payments provided by the
                                              Company to customers which accumulated each period.
