1. Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV SANF Dengan Tingkat
Bunga Tetap Tahap II Tahun 2023 Seri B akan jatuh
tempo pada tanggal 16 Maret 2026:

2. Perseroan akan menyediakan dana pelunasan pokok
untuk Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV SANF Dengan
Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap II Tahun 2023 Seri B
sebesar Rp. 900.000.000.000,- (sembilan ratus
miliar Rupiah).

In order to comply with the provisions in the Decree of
the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 concerning Amendments to
Regulation Number I-E concerning Information
Disclosure Obligations and Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 45 Year 2024 concerning The
Development and Strengthening of Issuers and Publicly-
Traded Companies, herewith, PT Surya Artha Nusantara
Finance (“the Company”) submitted a Report of Fund
Availability for Repayment of SANF Shelf Registration
Bond IV Phase II Year 2023 Series B with the following
information:

2023 Series B will mature on 16 March 2026,

2. The Company will provide funds for the repayment
