Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Peresmian operasional fasilitas mini liquefied natural gas
(LNG) melalui entitas anak Perseroan, PT Likuid Nusantara
Gas ("PT LNG"). Kegiatan ini bukan merupakan Transaksi
Material maupun Transaksi Afiliasi/Benturan Kepentingan
sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan pasar modal yang
berlaku.
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka memenuhi Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau
Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik,
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa Perseroan melalui entitas
anak usahanya, PT Likuid Nusantara Gas ("PT LNG"), telah
meresmikan operasional pabrik mini liquefied natural gas
(LNG) yang berlokasi di Pasuruan Industrial Estate Rembang
(PIER), Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.
PT LNG merupakan perusahaan patungan dengan komposisi
kepemilikan PT Jababeka Infrastruktur sebesar 60%,
sementara PT Fortius Development Asia dan pemegang
saham perorangan masing-masing sebesar 20%. Total nilai
investasi pembangunan fasilitas ini mencapai sekitar US$16,9
juta.
Fasilitas mini LNG tersebut saat ini memiliki kapasitas produksi
sebesar 2,5 MMSCFD per hari (dengan potensi ekspansi
hingga 4 MMSCFD per hari) dan berfungsi sebagai pusat
pengolahan serta distribusi LNG untuk memenuhi kebutuhan
energi industri, khususnya di wilayah Jawa Timur, Bali, dan
sekitarnya.
Peresmian operasional fasilitas ini merupakan bagian dari
strategi Perseroan dalam memperkuat segmen bisnis
infrastruktur energi serta mendukung penyediaan energi
industri yang lebih efisien dan rendah emisi.

Inauguration of the operational commencement of a mini
Type of Material Information or Facts liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility through the Company's
subsidiary, PT Likuid Nusantara Gas ("PT LNG"). This activity
does not constitute a Material Transaction nor an Affiliated
Transaction/Conflict of Interest as regulated under prevailing
capital market regulations.
Description of Material Information or In compliance with Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
Facts 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Information or
Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, the Company
hereby informs that through its subsidiary, PT Likuid Nusantara
Gas ("PT LNG"), the Company has inaugurated the
operational commencement of a mini liquefied natural gas
(LNG) plant located at Pasuruan Industrial Estate Rembang
(PIER), Pasuruan, East Java.
PT LNG is a joint venture company with ownership
composition of 60% held by PT Jababeka Infrastruktur, while
PT Fortius Development Asia and individual shareholders each
hold 20%. The total investment value of the facility amounts to
approximately US$16.9 million.
The mini LNG facility currently has a production capacity of 2.5
MMSCFD per day (with expansion potential up to 4 MMSCFD
per day) and functions as an LNG processing and distribution
hub to support industrial energy needs, particularly in East
Java, Bali, and surrounding areas.
The inauguration of the operational commencement of this
facility forms part of the Company's strategy to strengthen its
energy infrastructure business segment and to support the
provision of more efficient and lower-emission industrial energy
solutions.
