informasi mengenai nama penerima manfaat akhir (ultimate beneficial ownership) serta ketentuan mengenai
pemilik manfaat sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 13 Tahun 2018 tentang
Penerapan Prinsip Mengenali Pemilik Manfaat dari Korporasi ( Perpres ) beserta peraturan pelaksanaannya,
dengan ini disampaikan bahwa:
(a) berdasarkan informasi yang tersedia pada Perseroan, tidak terdapat individu yang secara langsung memenuhi
kriteria sebagai pemilik manfaat Perseroan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Perpres; dan
(b) namun demikian, semata-mata untuk memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 3 ayat (1) Perpres (dan bukan untuk
kepentingan lainnya, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada kepentingan perpajakan), maka pemilik manfaat
Perseroan adalah Andreas W. Keller dan Adrian T. Keller, dalam kapasitasnya sebagai anggota Family Council
yang memiliki kewenangan pengendalian atas keputusan voting saham Diethelm Keller Group AG, yang secara
tidak langsung mengendalikan DKSH Holding AG, selaku pengendali Perseroan, melalui struktur kepemilikan dan
pengendalian sebagaimana diungkapkan dalam Laporan Tahunan DKSH Holding AG Tahun 2024
(https://www.dksh.com/global-en/home/insights/full-year-results-2024). Sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 4 ayat
(1) huruf g Perpres, Andreas W. Keller dan Adrian T. Keller merupakan pihak yang mengendalikan dana atas
kepemilikan saham Perseroan melalui pengendalian tidak langsung tersebut.

Referring to Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation Number IE, which requires the Company to submit information
on the ultimate beneficial owner, as well as the provisions regarding beneficial ownership as stipulated in Republic
of Indonesia Presidential Regulation Number 13 of 2018 on the Implementation of the Principle of Recognizing
Beneficial Owners of Corporations ( Perpres ), together with its implementing regulations, we hereby convey that:
(a) based on information available to the Company, there is no individual who directly meets the criteria as a
beneficial owner of the Company as referred to in the Perpres; and
(b) however, solely for the purpose of complying with Article 3 paragraph (1) of the Perpres (and not for any other
purpose, including but not limited to taxation matters), the beneficial owners of the Company are Andreas W. Keller
and Adrian T. Keller, in their capacity as members of the Family Council who have controlling authority over the
voting decisions of shares in Diethelm Keller Group AG, which indirectly controls DKSH Holding AG, the controlling
shareholder of the Company, through the ownership and control structure disclosed in the DKSH Holding AG 2024
Annual Report (https://www.dksh.com/global-en/home/insights/full-year-results-2024). As referred to in Article 4
paragraph (1)(g) of the Perpres, Andreas W. Keller and Adrian T. Keller are parties that exercise control over the
funds associated with the Company s share ownership through such indirect control.
