para pemegang saham Perseroan (“Pembagian Dividen
Interim”)
Distribution of interim dividend for the financial year 2025 to the
Shareholders ("Interim Dividend Distribution").
Perseroan berencana untuk melakukan Pembagian Dividen
Interim / The Company intends to Distribute the Interim Dividend.
Pembagian Dividen Interim ini dilakukan sesuai dengan Pasal
72 ayat (1) dan ayat (4) Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007
tentang Perseroan Terbatas
The Interim Dividend Distribution is conducted with regards to
Article 72 paragraph (1) and (4) of Law Number 40 Year 2007
regarding Limited Liabilities Companies (“Company Law”)
and Article 18 of the Company's articles of association.

Keterangan lain-lain / Other information GaruDa METALINDO Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, serta dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain kondisi keuangan dan rencana bisnis ke depan Perseroan, jumlah dividen interim yang akan dibagikan kepada pemegang saham secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar Rp 58.593.750000,- / Based on the calculation that has been carried out, and by taking into account, among others, the financial conditions and future business plan of the Company, the interim dividend that will be distributed will be in the full amount of IDR 58,593, 750,000,- Tidak terdapat dampak negatif material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan sehubungan Pembagian Dividen Interim / The Interim Dividend Distribution, does not materially negative impact the operational activities, legal, financial condition, or business sustainability of the Company.
