OMED Outlines 2026 Outlook Amid Increased National Healthcare
                           Budget
                                 Surabaya, 5 February 2026

PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (“OMED”), a medical device manufacturing and distribution
company, outlined its business outlook for 2026, supported by continued structural demand in
Indonesia’s healthcare sector and resilient demand from the private healthcare segment.

Indonesia’s healthcare sector continues to receive strong government support, as reflected in
a 16% year-on-year increase in the national healthcare budget to approximately Rp244 trillion
in 2026, up from Rp211 trillion in 2025. Government policy remains focused on improving
accessibility, affordability, and long-term sustainability of the healthcare system, including
strengthening domestic healthcare and pharmaceutical industry capabilities.

While the National Health Insurance program (BPJS Kesehatan) continues to play a key role
in expanding access to healthcare services, funding pressures persist as claim ratios exceed
premium contributions. In this context, the private healthcare segment is expected to remain
resilient, driven by demand for higher-complexity healthcare services, non-BPJS services,
medical consumables, and ongoing healthcare infrastructure development.

“Against this backdrop, OMED targets revenue of approximately Rp2.3 trillion in 2026,
representing expected year-on-year growth of around 10–15%,” said Louis Hartanto,
Marketing and Sales Director of PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk. “The Company also targets
gross margin levels to be maintained in the low-30% range, as well as export sales of USD
1.0–1.5 million.”

To support long-term growth and operational readiness, the Company has allocated capital
expenditure of approximately Rp62 billion in 2026. The capital expenditure will primarily be
directed toward the acquisition of new machinery to expand production capacity at the
Mojoagung and Krian facilities, as well as the development of a National Distribution Center
(NDC) in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta. These initiatives are expected to enhance logistics efficiency
and service quality, particularly in the Greater Jakarta area and West Java.

Louis emphasized that while short-term stock market movements may be influenced by
macroeconomic factors and global index dynamics, the Company remains focused on strategy
execution, capacity strengthening, and sustainable value creation amid market volatility to
support long-term growth.
