Facts Agreement in the form of a Finance Lease Agreement with PT
Indomobil Finance Indonesia as the creditor, with a principal
credit facility of IDR 79,596,000,000 (seventy-nine billion five
hundred ninety-six million Rupiah).

facts towards Issuers or Public activities, legal matters, financial condition or business
Company’s operational activities, legal, continuity arising from the implementation of the above
financial condition, or going concern mentioned Transaction. The proceed pf the Transaction will be
