Sudirman Kav. 52-53, Jakarta 12190 Dengan hormat | Dear Sir/Madam, Menunjuk surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tanggal 4 Februari 2028 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan yang diterima melalui SPE-IDXNet pada tanggal 4 Februari 2026, dimana mengacu pada ketentuan IIl.1.4 Peraturan Bursa No. I-E, Perusahaan Tercatat wajib menyampaikan laporan bulanan kegiatan registrasi kepemilikan saham paling lambat pada hari ke-10 bulan berikutnya, dimana salah satu komponennya adalah nama Pemilik Manfaat dari Perusahaan Tercatat. Dalam ketentuan 1.5 Peraturan Bursa No. I-E, Pemilik Manfaat adalah orang perseorangan yang dapat menunjuk atau memberhentikan direksi, dewan komisaris, pengurus, pembina atau pengawas pada Korporasi, memiliki kemampuan untuk mengendalikan Korporasi, berhak atas dan/atau menerima manfaat dari Korporasi baik langsung maupun tidak langsung, merupakan pemilik sebenarnya dari dana atau saham Korporasi dan/atau memenuhi kriteria sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1 angka 2 Peraturan Presiden No. 13 Tahun 2018 tentang Penerapan Prinsip Mengenali Pemilik Manfaat Dari Korporasi Dalam Rangka Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang dan Tindak Pidana Pendanaan Terorisme, kecuali diatur khusus oleh Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Dan berdasarkan pemantauan Bursa atas Laporan Bulanan Registrasi Pemegang Efek yang disampaikan menggunakan Form E009 melalui SPE-IDXNet, Perseroan masih mencantumkan nama Pemilik Manfaat bukan dalam bentuk perorangan/masih berbentuk perusahaan dan/atau tidak mencantumkan informasi Pemilik Manfaat. Atas hal tersebut, Bursa meminta penjelasan atas : 1. Penyebab Perseroan belum mengungkapkan Pemilik Manfaat Tingkat Perorangan: 2. Informasi Pemilik Manfaat Tingkat Perorangan Perseroan saat ini. HN hal-hal tersebut, dengan ini disampaikan jawaban atas permintaan penjelasan dimaksud sebagai berikut : With reference to the letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (PT Bursa Efek Indonesia/IDX) dated February 4, 2026, regarding the Reguest for Information received via SPE-IDXNet on the same date, which refers to Provision 111.14 of Exchange Regulation No. I-E, a Listed Company is reguired to submit a monthly share registration report no later than the 10th day of the following month, of which one of the components is the name of the Beneficial Owner of the Listed Company, | 4

Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta Selatan 12190, Indonesia Phone: (62-21) 5094 140 www.kabtifa.co.id Pursuant to Provision 1.5 of Exchange Regulation No. I-£, a Beneficial Owner is defined as an individual who has the authority to appoint or dismiss directors, commissioners, management, trustees, or supervisors of the Corporation, possesses the ability to control the Corporation: is entitled to and/or receives benefits from the Corporation, whether directly or indirectly, is the ultimate owner of the funds or shares of the Corporation: and/or mesis the criteria as set forth in Article 1 point 2 of Presidential Regulation No. 13 of 2018 conceming the Application of the Principle of Recognizing Beneficial Ownership of Corporations forthe Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Crimes, unless specifically regulated by Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulations. Based on the Exchange's monitoring of the Monthly Securities Registration Report submitted using Form E009 via SPE-IDXNet, the Company still lists the name of the Beneficial Owner as a corporate entity instead of an individual, and/or has not included the reguired Beneficial Ownership information. Accordingly, the Exchange reguested clarification on the following: 1. The reason the Company has not yet disclosed the Beneficial Owner at the individual level: 2. Information regarding the Company's current individual-level Beneficial Owner. In response to the aforementioned reguest, we hereby submit the following explanations: 1. Penyebab Perseroan belum mengungkapkan Pemilik Manfaat Tingkat Perorangan | The reasons the Company has not yet disclosed its Individual-Level Beneficial Owner(s) Jawab | Answer: Berdasarkan informasi yang telah disampaikan dalam laporan bulanan kegiatan registrasi kepemilikan saham, dapat dijelaskan bahwa Perseroan menetapkan Pemerintah Republik Korea sebagai Pemilik Manfaat (Beneficial Owner) berdasarkan struktur kepemilikan dan pengendalian akhir yang ada. Hal ini didasarkan pada fakta bahwa pemegang saham mayoritas yang memiliki 77,596 saham Perseroan adalah Korea Development Bank (KDB). KDB merupakan lembaga keuangan milik negara di mana 10095 sahamnya dimiliki dan dikendalikan sepenuhnya oleh Pemerintah Republik Korea. Mengingat pengendalian akhir dan manfaat ekonomi dari Perseroan berada pada entitas negara tersebut, maka pengungkapan Pemerintah Republik Korea sebagai Pemilik Manfaat merupakan representasi yang paling akurat mengenai pemilik akhir Perseroan. | Based on the information provided in the monthly share registration report, we wish to clarify that the Company has identified the Govemment of the Republic of Korea as its Beneficial Owner, in accordance with the existing ownership structure and ultimate control. This is based on the fact that ihe Company's majority shareholder, holding a 77.596 shares, is the Korea Development Bank (KDB). KDB is a state-owned financial institution, with 10046 of its shares owned and fully controlled by the Government of the Republic of Korea. Given that the ultimate control and economic benefits of the Company reside within the aforementioned state entity, disclosing the Govemment of the Republic of Korea as the Beneficial Owner constitutes the most accurate representation of the Company's ultimate ownership. 2. Informasi Pemilik Manfaat Tingkat Perorangan Perseroan saat ini | Current Information on the Company's Individual-Level Beneficial Owner(s) Jawab | Answer : Sesuai dengan fakta yang telah diuraikan di atas, Perseroan mengidentifikasi Pemerintah Republik Korea sebagai Pemilik Manfaat tingkat akhir sehingga tidak terdapat informasi mengenai pemilik manfaat tingkat perorangan untuk saat ini. Hal ini selaras dengan data Pemilik Manfaat Perseroan yang telah disampaikan kepada Kementerian Hukum Republik Indonesia terakhir pada tanggal 10 Juni 2025 melalui sistem Administrasi Hukum 2
