Response to the Request for Clarification on Beneficial Ownership

Dear Sir/Madam,
Menindaklanjuti permintaan penjelasan yang disampaikan Bursa Efek Indonesia (“Bursa”)
melalui SPE‑IDXnet tertanggal 4 Februari 2026, bersama ini PT Wicaksana Overseas
International Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan penjelasan sebagai berikut.:
In reference to the request for clarification submitted by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”)
through SPE‑IDXnet dated February 4, 2026, PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk
(“Company”) hereby provides the following response:
1. Penjelasan penyebab Perseroan belum mengungkapkan Pemilik Manfaat tingkat
perorangan.
Perseroan saat ini sedang melakukan pemeriksaan dan verifikasi internal. Pemeriksaan
ini diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa penyampaian informasi Pemilik Manfaat tingkat
perorangan dapat dilakukan secara tepat, akurat, dan sesuai ketentuan Pelaporan
Bursa.
The Company is currently conducting an internal review and verification process. This
process is necessary to ensure that the disclosure of individual Beneficial Owner
information can be carried out accurately, properly, and in full compliance with the IDX’s
reporting requirements.
Sebagai bagian dari langkah perbaikan, Perseroan akan melakukan tindakan korektif
melalui pembenahan penyampaian Laporan Registrasi Efek Bulanan (Form E009) pada
periode Februari 2026, sehingga informasi yang disampaikan kepada Bursa telah
mencerminkan data yang sesuai dengan kepatuhan Pasal 1 angka 2 Peraturan
Presiden Nomor 13 Tahun 2018.
As part of the Company’s corrective measures, the Company will implement
improvements to the submission of the Monthly Report on the Registration of Securities
Holders (Form E009) for the February 2026 reporting period, so that the information

submitted to the IDX reflects data that is compliant with Article 1 point 2 of Presidential
Regulation No. 13 of 2018.
2. Penjelasan informasi Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan Perseroan saat ini.
Perseroan sedang melakukan proses penelusuran dan konfirmasi internal untuk
memastikan kesesuaian dan kelengkapan informasi Pemilik Manfaat tingkat perorangan
berdasarkan ketentuan Bursa. Informasi dimaksud akan disampaikan kepada Bursa
setelah proses pemeriksaan internal tersebut selesai.
The Company is in the process of undertaking internal tracing and confirmation to ensure
the accuracy and completeness of the individual Beneficial Owner information in
accordance with the IDX ’s requirements. The said information will be submitted to IDX
upon completion of this internal review.
