(“Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan”), telah
mendapatkan persetujuan dari Menteri Hukum
Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Keputusan
Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU-
0069543.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 Tentang
Persetujuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan Terbatas PT Perusahaan Perseroan
(Persero) PT Bukit Asam Tbk, tanggal 5 Agustus
2026.
Adapun perubahan ini pada intinya hanya
sebatas pada penyesuaian ketentuan Pasal 3
Anggaran Dasar Perseroan (Maksud, Tujuan dan
Kegiatan Usaha) dengan Klasifikasi Lapangan
Baku Usaha Indoensia 2025 sesuai dengan
Peraturan Badan Pusat Statistik Nomor 7 Tahun
2025 tentang Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha
Indonesia.

Amendment to the Companys Articles of
Association as stated in the Deed of Statement
of Meeting Resolutions Number 18 dated 9 July

Association"), has received approval from the
Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia
based on the Decree of the Minister of Law of
the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-

Approval of the Amendment to the Articles of
Association of Limited Liability PT Perusahaan
Perseroan (Persero) PT Bukit Asam Tbk, dated 5
August 2026.
The change is only limited to adjusting the
provisions of Article 3 of the Companys
Articles of Association (Purpose, Objectives
and Business Activities) with the 2025
Indonesian Standard Classification of Business
Fields in accordance pursuant to Regulation of
the Central Statistics Agency Regulation
Number 7 of 2025 concerning the Indonesian
Standard Classification of Business Fields.
