Perseroan juga telah melakukan Keterbukaan Informasi sesuai ketentuan melalui penyampaian
laporan secara berkala mengenai Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham

Sampai dengan saat surat ini disampaikan, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
tindakan Korporasi dalam waktu dekat (dalam 3 bulan mendatang), termasuk rencana Korporasi yang
akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.

5. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek
Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik.

Sepanjang sepengetahuan Perseroan, tidak ada informasi/fakta/kejadian penting yang material dan
dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum
diungkapkan kepada publik.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama dan pengendali terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang
saham utama dan pengendali dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Penjelasan:

Corporate Secretary telah berkoordinasi dengan pemegang saham utama Perseroan mengenai
rencana PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk atau “INET" terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan. Sepanjang informasi yang diterima dari INET, INET senantiasa mempertahankan
kepemilikan sahamnya.

Perseroan sebagai perusahaan publik juga akan selalu berkomitmen untuk menyampaikan Keterbukaan
Informasi sesuai dengan aturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang keterbukaan
informasi atau fakta material oleh emiten atau Perusahaan publik, serta Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi.

August 5, 2026 regarding Reguest for Explanation on Securities Transaction Volatility, in accordance with
the price fluctuations and securities transaction activities of PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (“the Company”)
on August 4, 2026, we hereby, for and on behalf of the Company, provide the following response:

1. Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the company's
securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers

Explanation:

The Company is not aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the
Company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers
or Public Companies. The Company has disclosed information in accordance with the provisions, and
there are no events, information or material facts that have not been disclosed to the public.

2. Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that could affect the price of the listed
company's securities and/or investors' investment decisions, as provided for in Provision III.2.1 of
Regulation No. I-E, Annex to the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange
No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025?

Explanation:

To the knowledge of the Company, the Company is not aware of any information or material facts that
may affect the value of the Company's securities or investors' investment decisions. The Company has
submitted periodic and incidental reports and conducted Information Disclosure in accordance with
the provisions to the Public, and there are also no events, information or material facts that have not
been submitted to the public by the Company.

3. Is the Company aware of any activities by specific shareholders as regulated in Regulation of the
Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4 of 2024 concerning Reports on Share

Explanation:
The Company is not aware of any activities by specific shareholders as regulated in Financial Services

reports regarding the Company's Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share Ownership to the public.

4. Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate actions that would affect the listing ofthe Company'sshareson the Stock Exchange (at least
within the next 3 months)?

Explanation:

As of the date this letter is submitted, the Company has no plans to conduct any corporate actions in
the near future (at least in the next 3 months), including corporate plans that would affect the listing
of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange.

5. Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the
Company's shares and the survival of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public?

Explanation:

To the knowledge of the Company, there is no important information/facts/events that are material
and may affect the price of the Company's shares and the sustainability of the Company that have not
been disclosed to the public.

6. Plans of major shareholders related to their share ownership in the Company. In this regard, please
let the Corporate Secretary inguire in advance to the major shareholders in answering the
confirmation.

Explanation:

The Corporate Secretary has coordinated with the major shareholders of the Company regarding the
plans of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk or “INET" in relation to its shareholding in the Company. As
far as the information received from INET, INET continues to maintain its shareholding.

And the Company as a public company will always be committed to submitting Information Disclosure in
accordance with the rules of the Financial Services Authority Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding the
disclosure of information or material facts by issuers or Public Companies, and the Decree of the Board of
Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 regarding the Obligation to Submit
Information.
