Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 03 Februari 2026, Perseroan telah
menandatangani Perjanjian Jual Beli Saham Bersyarat dengan
PT Anaga Group Indonesia AGI dalam rangka rencana
pembelian saham milik AGI pada PT Poseidon Shipping
Indonesia. Pelaksanaan penyelesaian pembelian saham akan
tunduk pada syarat pendahuluan dalam Perjanjian Jual Beli
Saham Bersyarat dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penandatanganan Perjanjian Jual Beli Saham Bersyarat tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memberikan dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan.

Facts Conditional Share Purchase Agreement with PT Anaga Group
Indonesia AGI in relation to the proposed purchase of shares
owned by AGI in PT Poseidon Shipping Indonesia. The
completion of the share purchase shall be subject to the
fulfilment of conditions precedent as stipulated in the
Conditional
Share Purchase Agreement and in compliance with the
prevailing
laws and regulations.
