On February 03, 2026, the Company entered into a Conditional
Share Purchase Agreement with PT Anaga Group Indonesia
(“AGI”) in relation to the proposed purchase of shares owned by
AGI in PT Poseidon Shipping Indonesia.
Pelaksanaan penyelesaian pembelian saham akan tunduk pada
syarat pendahuluan dalam Perjanjian Jual Beli Saham Bersyarat
dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
The completion of the share purchase shall be subject to the
fulfilment of conditions precedent as stipulated in the Conditional
Share Purchase Agreement and in compliance with the prevailing
laws and regulations.
