PT ADHI AKP KARTIKO PRATAMA TBK PERTAMBANGAN NIKEL Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor Kep- 00066/BEI/09-2022) tanggal 30 September 2022 (“Peraturan I-E”) serta Anggaran Dasar PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk, bersama ini Perseroan menginformasikan bahwa Dewan Komisaris Perseroan telah menyetujui pembubaran Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi Perseroan yang efektif berlaku mulai tanggal 30 Januari 2026. Selanjutnya, fungsi nominasi dan remunerasi Perseroan akan tetap dijalankan sebagai tugas dan kewenangan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan. / Referrring to Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 34/POJK.04/2014 concerning Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Public Listed Company and the Regulation Number I-E concerning the Obligation of Information Submission (Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number Kep-00066/BEI/09 2022) dated September 30, 2022 (“Peraturan I-E”) as well as the Article of Association of PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk, the Company hereby convey that the Company's Board of Commissioners has approved the dissolution of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee effective from January 30, 2026.
