Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 2 Februari 2026, PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima
Tbk (INET) telah menyelesaikan pengambialihan atas :
Sebanyak 1.687.455.000 (satu miliar enam ratus delapan
puluh tujuh juta empat ratus lima puluh lima ribu) lembar
saham di Perseroan milik Koperasi Pegawai PT Indosat Tbk
(Kopindosat) yang mewakili 53,57% (lima puluh tiga koma lima
tujuh persen) dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan.
Sejak tanggal penyelesain tersebut, maka INET secara efektif
telah menjadi Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan No.9/POJK.04/2018 tentang Pengambilalihan
Perusahaan Terbuka
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi dan Fakta Material tersebut diatas tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan menghambat kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan dan tidak akan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau mengurangi hak-hak pemegang saham Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or On 2 February 2026, PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET)
Facts completed the acquisition of:
A total of 1,687,455,000 (one billion six hundred eighty-seven
million four hundred fifty-five thousand) shares in the Company
owned by Koperasi Pegawai PT Indosat Tbk (Kopindosat),
representing 53.57% (fifty-three point five seven percent) of
the Company's issued and paid-up capital.
As of the completion date, INET has effectively become the
Controlling Shareholder of the Company as referred to in
Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 9/POJK.04/2018
concerning Takeovers of Public Companies.
