Sejak tanggal penyelesain tersebut, maka INET secara efektif telah menjadi Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.9/POJK.04/2018 tentang Pengambilalihan Perusahaan Terbuka.
