SMRADRCG6A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 394 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham SMRA di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that SMRADRCG6A is exercised on 02 Februari 2026 ("Expiry Date") and
the structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per SMRADRCG6A) (if the
said amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 394 being the closing price of SMRA Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
