Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa BRMSDRCG6A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 02
Februari 2026 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per
BRMSDRCG6A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 1.166 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham BRMS di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that BRMSDRCG6A is exercised on 02 Februari 2026 ("Expiry Date") and
the structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per BRMSDRCG6A) (if the
said amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 1.166 being the closing price of BRMS Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
