sebesar 8,85% per tahun, dengan jangka waktu 370 hari sejak tanggal perjanjian pinjaman.

The transaction constitutes an increase in the loan facility by IDR 6,200,000,000, from the previous IDR 32,465,088,854
to IDR 38,665,088,854, provided by DAAZ to PT Indo Lautan Energi for working capital needs to purchase diesel fuel.
The loan funds come from the proceeds of the issuance of Obligasi I Daaz Bara Lestari Tahun 2025, in accordance with
the planned use of proceeds. This loan bears interest at 8.85% per annum, with a term of 370 days from the date of the
loan agreement.
