Refer to the provisions of Sections III.2.3 and IV.2.3 of the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT
Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep -00087/BEI/12-2025 dated 12 December 2025 concerning Regulation
Number I -E on the Obligations to Submit Information (“ Regulation I -E”) and pursuant to the
resolution of the Eight Agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Financial Year 2025
of PT A NTAM (Persero) Tbk (the “Company ”) held on 1 0 June 2026, herewith we convey that the
amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association as set forth in Deed of Statement of Meeting
Resolutions Number 10 dated 8 July 2026 , drawn up before Raden Mas Dendy Soebangil , S.H.,
M.Kn., Notary in the Administrative City of South Jakarta (the "Amendment to the Company's
Articles of Association "), has obtained approval from the Minister of Law of the Republic of
Indonesia pursuant to the Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-
0068674.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 concerning the Approval of the Amendment to the Articles of
Association of PT Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Aneka Tambang Tbk , dated 4 August 2026.
The amendment is only limited to the adjustment of Article 3 of the Company's Articles of
Association (Purpose, Objectives and Business Activities ) to align with the 2025 Indonesian
Standard Classification of Business Fields (Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia/KBLI) , in
accordance with the Central Statistics Agency Regulation Number 7 of 2025 concerning the
Indonesian Standard Classification of Business Fields.
