In accordance with OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Corporate Secretary of the
Issuer or Public Company and the Regulation of Indonesia Stock Exchange No. I-E, attachment of
Decision of The Board of Directors of The Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025
concerning the Obligation of Information Submission, hereby the Company announced the
appointment of Rudy Budiardjo as Corporate Secretary starting effectively from 1 February 2026.
