Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi.

Melalui surat ini, Perseroan memberitahukan bahwa
berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi Perseroan
No. 001/Kep-Dir/OONA/!/2026 tanggal 22 Januari
2026 sebagaimana terlampir, Direksi Perseroan
telah mengangkat Bapak Muhammad Firzie Firdaus
selaku Sekretaris Perusahaan yang berlaku efektif
terhitung sejak tanggal 22 Januari 2026 untuk
menggantikan Ibu Fausia Isti Tanoso.

Regulation No.  35/POJK.04/2014  concerning
Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies
and Article 1I1.2.5. Decision of the Board of Directors
of the Indonesian Stock Exchange No. Kep-
00066/BE1/09-2022 concerning Amendments to
Regulation Number I-£ regarding Obligations to
Submit Information.

Through this letter, the Company informs that based
on the Decree of the Board of Directors No. 001/Kep-
Dir/OONA/I/2026 dated January 22, 2026, which is
attached together with this letter, the Board of
Directors has appointed Mr. Muhammad Firzie
Firdaus as the Corporate Secretary effective from 22
January 2026 to replace Ms. Fausia Isti Tanoso.
