Company's Articles of Association at the Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders on 18 December 2025,
the Company hereby announces that it has amended

Article 4 Paragraph 5, Article 4 Paragraph 7, Article 4
Paragraph 8, Article 4 Paragraph 9, Article 4 Paragraph
10, Article 4 Paragraph 11, Article 4 Paragraph 12, Article
5, Article 6, Article 7, Article 9, Article 10, Article 11, Article
12, Article 13, Article 14, Article 15, Article 16, Article 17,
Article 18, Article 19, Article 20, Article 21, Article 22,
Article 23, Article 24, Article 25, Article 26, Article 27,
Article 28, Article 29, Article 30, Article 31, Article 32 as
contained in Notarial Deed Number 61 dated December
18 2026, drawn up by Notary Aulia Taufani, S.H. along
with the supporting documents, has been received and
recorded in the Legal Entity Administration System as
contained in the Minister of Law's Decision Number AHU-
0002121.AH.01.02.YEAR 2026 dated January 15, 2026.
Sebagai informasi tambahan, Surat Keputusan Menteri
Hukum Republik Indonesia terkait Persetujuan
Perubahan Anggaran Dasar tersebut secara administratif
dicetak melalui Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum dan
diterima oleh Perseroan pada tanggal 23 Januari 2026,
tanpa mengubah tanggal penetapan dan keberlakuan
keputusan dimaksud.
For additional information, the Decree of the Minister of
Law of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the Approval

of Amendments to the Articles of Association was
administratively printed through the Legal Entity
Administration System and received by the Company on
January 23, 2026, without changing the date of
determination and validity of the said decision.
Selanjutnya, merujuk dan menindaklanjuti Pasal 1
perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan, dengan ini
Perseroan menginfomasikan perubahan nama dan
tempat kedudukan Perseroan menjadi PT Semen
Baturaja (Persero) Tbk dan berkedudukan di Kabupaten
Ogan Komering Ulu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dengan
alamat lengkap di Jl. Raya Tiga Gajah, Kelurahan
Sukajadi, Kecamatan Baturaja Timur, Baturaja,
Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu, Provinsi Sumatera
Selatan 32117.
Furthermore, referring to and following up on Article 1 of
the amendment to the Company's Articles of Association,
the Company hereby informs of the change of name and
domicile of the Company to PT Semen Baturaja (Persero)
Tbk and is domiciled in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency,
South Sumatra Province with the complete address at Jl.
Raya Tiga Gajah, Sukajadi Village, Baturaja Timur
District, Baturaja, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South
Sumatra Province 32117.
