- Furthermore, the Company extended its credit facility loan agreement
with BCA through Credit Amendment Agreement (PPK) No.32 dated 22
January 2026, made before Notary Kirana Ivyminerva Wilamarta S.H.,
LL.M,, in Jakarta.

- The purpose of extending the credit facility loan agreement with BCA is
for working capital and/or to increase the credit limit/plafond. With the
following explanation:
