                                            Penjualan dan pengadaan produk berupa buku tulis dengan
                                            merek Bantex, yang diproduksi oleh Penjual sesuai dengan
                                            spesifikasi
                                            dan standar kualitas yang disepakati Para Pihak.

                                            4. Nilai Transaksi

                                            Target nilai pembelian sebesar Rp35.000.000.000,- (tiga puluh
                                            lima miliar
                                            Rupiah).

                                            5. Ketentuan Utama Transaksi

                                            Pengiriman dilakukan secara bertahap (partial delivery) ke
                                            lokasi yang
                                            ditentukan oleh Pembeli.

                                            Pembayaran dilakukan sebesar 100% dari nilai invoice, paling
                                            lambat 120 hari
                                            setelah produk diterima dan disetujui oleh Pembeli.

                                            Standar kualitas produk mengacu pada sampel atau standar
                                            internal Penjual
                                            yang telah disepakati.

 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta      Transaksi tidak mengandung benturan kepentingan dan tidak
 material tersebut terhadap kegiatan        berdampak
 operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,      material yang merugikan terhadap kondisi keuangan
 atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau        Perseroan.
