                                                   2. Tanggal dan Masa Berlaku Kontrak

                                                   Tanggal Penandatanganan : 22 Januari 2026
                                                   Masa Berlaku Kontrak : 1 Januari 2026 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2026

                                                   3. Objek Transaksi

                                                   Penjualan dan pengadaan produk berupa buku tulis dengan
                                                   merek Bantex, yang diproduksi oleh Penjual sesuai dengan spesifikasi
                                                   dan standar kualitas yang disepakati Para Pihak.

                                                   4. Nilai Transaksi

                                                   Target nilai pembelian sebesar Rp35.000.000.000,- (tiga puluh lima miliar
                                                   Rupiah).

                                                   5. Ketentuan Utama Transaksi

                                                   Pengiriman dilakukan secara bertahap (partial delivery) ke lokasi yang
                                                   ditentukan oleh Pembeli.

                                                   Pembayaran dilakukan sebesar 100% dari nilai invoice, paling lambat 120 hari
                                                   setelah produk diterima dan disetujui oleh Pembeli.

                                                   Standar kualitas produk mengacu pada sampel atau standar internal Penjual
                                                   yang telah disepakati.

                                                   The Company has signed a Custom Product Sales Contract with the following
                                                   details:

                                                        • Seller: PT Bino Mitra Sejati
                                                        • Buyer: PT Deli Group Indonesia Jakarta
                                                   2. Contract Date and Term
                                                        • Date of Signing: January 22, 2026
                                                        • Contract Term: January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026

                                                                                            3. Transaction Object
                                                                                            Sale and supply of products in the form of notebooks under the Bantex brand,
                                                                                            produced by the Seller according to specifications and quality standards agreed
                                                                                            upon by the Parties.

                                                                                            4. Transaction Value
                                                                                            The target purchase value is IDR 35,000,000,000 (thirty-five billion Rupiah).

                                                                                            5. Key Transaction Provisions
                                                                                                 • Delivery will be carried out in stages (partial delivery) to locations
                                                                                                     designated by the Buyer.
                                                                                                 • Payment will be 100% of the invoice value, no later than 120 days after
                                                                                                     the products are received and approved by the Buyer.
                                                                                                 • Product quality standards refer to samples or the Seller’s internal
                                                                                                     standards that have been agreed upon.
                                                                                                 • Intellectual property rights related to product design and packaging
                                                                                                     developed by the Seller remain the property of the Seller.
                                                                                                 • The transaction does not involve any conflict of interest and does not
                                                                                                     have a material adverse impact on the Company’s financial condition.
                                                                                                 • This transaction is part of the Company’s normal business activities
                                                                                                     and is expected to contribute positively to the Company’s revenue
                                                                                                     during the 2026 financial year.
